How does the tread probe work?

After registering the tires in Prolog, set inspection dates and tread depth and pressure parameters based on your operation.

Connect your phone to the tread probe and select the tire being inspected. Then insert the tread probe into each groove to measure the depth, and attach the hose and inflator nozzle to check the pressure.

The data is updated in Prolog instantly, generating automatic reports, and the system itself opens work orders for maintenance of tires outside the configured standard.

Once finished, you have a complete view of the fleet’s tires and access up-to-date reports on CPK, replacement forecast, irregular wear, inspections and much more.
